In the event that a part fails through no fault of the buyer, please notify Therapy Gyms to discuss options and make arrangements for
replacement of the parts. Therapy Gyms warrants to the customer that equipment will be free from defects in material and workmanship
under normal use and service for the following periods and in the following respects:
Manufacturing defects in: 1.STEEL, 2.WELDING, 3.MACHINING
Warranty shall not apply to any component or part of the products sold hereunder which
is consumed by normal wear and tear, or
has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage, repair, operation, or handling by the buyer.
Warranty on finish/logo products does not cover scratches due to heavy products being slid across the finished product or normal wear and tear.
Any items deemed replaceable (as per this document) that can be shown to have broken, must be returned to Therapy Gyms at the expense of the customer on receipt of replacement item.

*** PLEASE NOTE: This warranty does not cover any abuse or negligence. We have found that most products are damaged due to abuse rather than manufacturing defects. Chewing, ripping, throwing, and improper use is considered negligence and abuse.
*** Therapy Gyms reserves the right to change these policies and procedures at any time that it deemed necessary. The customer will be consulted about any changes that are made before they go into effect.
