To repair the rope, follow the instructions below:

1. Remove all padding on the rope bridge to expose the hardware. Remove all hardware from the rope kit and let the expandable sides of the rope bridge fold down. Remove the rope kit by untying all knots securing the rope kit in the frame as well as any inserts. 

2. While the rope kit is off the bridge, undo the rope knots on the damaged side. After this, use the replacement rope length to retie onto the wooden dowels, making sure to leave extra length on either side of the rope kit. Tie the knots tightly, as the rope kit will tighten and slightly sag during use as the knots adjust under the weight of the user. 

3. Replace the yellow inserts with the replacement blue pieces, putting one end on each side of the steel. After this, thread the rope ladder ends through the installed inserts while the steel frame is still folded. Each end should be tied off to secure the rope ladder into place. 

4. Once the rope kit is secured, expand the rope bridge's steel frame upright and reinstall the hardware securing the frame into place. The rope ladder's final height can be adjusted by loosening or tightening the knots securing the rope ladder to the metal frame, but it should be tighter initially. 

5. Reinstall the padding and test the rope ladder by applying weight on the ladder to tighten the knots and ensure the metal frame is secured.
